I want ice cream.
Or a McChicken.
I drove past those and got a Jimmy John 's sub for dinner (since that seemed healthier).
I have been super good, walking and such, yet I am not down any weight.
BUT this is about the race, not weight.
And I have had a super crappy week month several months.
I just really really want to have some ice cream.
Why do I turn to food like this?
It is a drug and it makes me numb and numb is better.
But for today, just today, I am going to drive straight home, not stopping at any restaurants or drive thrus or gas stations.
I will have ice cream tomorrow.
Maybe.

I'm going to share my new secret weapon with you...SHERBERT! I LOVE ice cream. I would eat it every day if I had..someone else's metabolism. :) I don't want to deny myself a treat, so I've started buying sherbert! It's way lower in calories and fat and satisfies my craving for ice cream! :)
