OK, eating is my biggest problem. I commute and eat alone so often and I always eat crap. Now, I know fresh is best and fruit is awesome and blah blah blah. n It is just not practical and we are going for baby steps here.
So......
Breakfast:
oatmeal
Lunch:
Weight Watchers/Healthy Choice meal
yogurt
Snack:
fruit or popcorn
Dinner:
Weight watchers/healthy choice meal
yogurt
Snack:
Popcorn
It is a rough approximation, but it is a plan *in advance* and a framework.
