same number on the scale.

I weigh the same as I did a week ago. I did pretty good with my food this week. Even though I wasn't able to track it on SP everyday, I only ate out twice. And I worked out a few times. I was having trouble finding time to work out in the evening hours, so I tried waking up early to work out before I start my day...that doesn't work very well either. So, I don't know what to do. I ordered the SP book and it came this week. I don't have time to read my school books, so I don't know when I'll find time for that. sigh All of a sudden working 30 hrs a week puts a huge cramp in my attempt at a new, healthier, lifestyle. grrrr
