I have good news to report!
Last week I did really good sticking to my spark people meal plan! I tracked food and water all week. I even tracked food not in my meal plan and I did good to hit my calorie goal every day.
I did the SP boot camp exercises everyday, but nothing else. I will do more this week!
I weighed myself yesterday and lost 3lbs last week! Just by changing and tracking what I eat! I was so excited and amazed. I shared the good news with my boyfriend and explained to him how important that it is to me that he support me and help me stick to the spark people meal plan. He was happy for me.
I want to do 500 fitness minutes before the end of January. Which I can do if I do at least 30 min every day from now to the 31st. So tonight, I put on my new 'Blanche Marie Elizabeth Hollingsworth Devereaux is my hero' shirt (I got from Dorothy for x-mas) and I broke out my Biggest Loser cardio max and did a 30 minute cardio workout. It felt good and bad at the same time. I've got a long way to go, but I'm headed in the right direction!
