This morning I was running late and got breakfast on the run. I stopped by Burger King and got the Ham Omelet Sandwich which is definitely the lesser of several evils. Well, I drove off, reached in the bag, and it includes the sandwich AND an accidentally iuncluded order of hash rounds!
Now I have, in the past, eaten *many* hash rounds.
So, I ate one. It felt greasy and tasted awful. But more than that, I shuddered at the thought of how many calories it would use up. Which turns out to be 230! So....I threw them away. And I never regretted it!

HOORAY! Good for you! :) I had a similar fast food breakthrough after coming off the raw diet. I don't enjoy burgers like I used to. All I taste is grease and fat and if I order one, I usually don't finish it. However, fries are still my weakness. I've LOVED fries as long as I can remember. I still have memories of having to eat my happy meal burger first before the fries. Like they were a dessert. ha ha There's been MANY times when I've been hungry and went to a drive through for a large fry only. :( Since hash rounds are cousin to fries, it would've been extremely hard for me to throw them out! You're my hero!
