Some of my favorite holiday meal tips:
1) Start The Day With Exercise
2) Make Your First Meal Mostly Fiber
5) Skip a meal
6) Brush Your Teeth
8) Drink 2 glasses of water before you eat
9) Eat Half Portions, and go back for seconds
10) Wait to Go Back For Seconds
11) Alternate Bites of Food with Drinks Water
12) Don't Clear Your Plate
13) Cut Back on Alcohol (easier said than done at the holidays) ha ha
14) Talk at the table
15) Save Room For Dessert

GREAT list!!!
I am going to try my very best to not to ruin my week. Thursday will be our eating day only, so that is good.
1. I WILL walk Thursday morning. I am missing no other days and will take Friday off.
2. I have been working on this. And I can REALLY tell a difference when I have raw carrots early in the day along with high fiber bread and such.
5. I will do this Thursday. Save my calories for the big meal.
9. This is awesome!!!! i totally need to do this! Instead I get enough food for an army and feel like I WANT second so I do. I still would, but I could eat way less first!!
8 and 11 just make me bloated but I still eat. Because I am crazy, sure. I REALLY need to work on not eating when I am full.

Personally, my goal is to record everything I eat. When I see how much it is worth, I have a much better idea of the damage I am doing.
